French Extra Credit -Matt Epstein

I actually have no clue at all what macarons are. If i were to guess i would say it is some kind of pastry because on the word document you used the word flavors.

Through my research i have learned that macarons are little french pastries that consist of egg whites, almond powder, powder sugar, icing sugar, and food coloring. This is a little bit like a american chip which. you put the cookies on the outside, then a flavored icing in between the two small cookies.
